The staff at the reception desk is very helpful and top-class. The location in Plantation is perfect, with easy access to a nearby restaurant, Hyatt Plantation, and a business park. The room has been recently refurbished and offers wonderful views of the lake. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. The staff is professional and well-trained.

All in all the hotel is upscale, it has very efficient staff and recently refurbished rooms. Location is perfect and magnificent, by palm trees outside. Moreover, it is really close to the mall, and restaurant. In-house restaurant has good food choices. Thank you for a good stay.

The staff is absolutely kind. The room is reasonably large and comes with a very comfy king bed. The Lakeside View is beautiful. The service is excellent with private parking available. The meals are OUTSTANDING.

The breakfast at Renaissance was absolutely fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious, and they had a great selection. The coffee was also top-notch. We also had a group meal in one of their banquet rooms, and the food was equally amazing. the dining experience exceeded our expectations.

Comforts of well-maintained guest room with a lakeside view were fabulous. The staff was very helpful and top-class, always there to help. Location: the hotel was so close to a shopping plaza within walking distance and mall and the cruise terminal.

I had an amazing stay at Renaissance! The customer service was top-notch from the moment I walked in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the decor gave it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool and fitness areas were well-maintained and accommodating. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but I heard other guests raving about the food. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing accommodations and over-the-top customer service.
